What will change as Enzoic acquires VeriClouds?
Enzoic and VeriClouds are very similar. The combined capabilities from VeriClouds and Enzoic are going to deliver more comprehensive threat intelligence and multiple ways to be ingested into leading technology, ecommerce, and user platforms. VeriClouds’ customer contracts will stay the same through the next renewal cycle and there will be no major changes for renewals in 2025.
VeriClouds has monitored over 3,000 places where threat intelligence can be obtained and Enzoic monitors additional sources for data. Together the two companies will provide the most comprehensive compromised credential threat intelligence service on the market. This translates into more password and credential data delivered to our customers. Additionally, updates will be made more frequently for VeriClouds’ existing customers.
Additional offerings will also be available to VeriClouds’ customers. Including:
- Exposed PII/ individual identity data: Data that is used for credit agencies, identity theft protection companies, and other companies
- Compromised credit card/ debit card/ payment card data: Data and monitoring for companies that process payments or issuing banks that want to track exposures by BIN
- Employee account takeover protection in Active Directory or the data delivered via API to integrate into employee directories
- Data and monitoring for employee directories as it can screen/monitor employee accounts for password and credential compromise. Companies across all different industries can utilize this data
- Domain monitoring: Monitoring by domain (like @vericlouds.com) that is passed from us to you securely for new credential exposures. Large software and cybersecurity companies use this monitoring product within their product lines.
Over the next few months, as the companies transition, there will be no disruption to any services offered by Enzoic or VeriClouds. There will be a transition period for a while as VeriCloud’s customers move over to Enzoic. Both organizations are committed to ensuring a smooth, seamless transition for customers and partners.
