Right I know basically nothing about hacking other than you typically need the person to accidentally allow you access. However I am in need of information.

All accounts linked to one of my emails were hacked, I regained access changed the emails and passwords but now one of my accounts is receiving dozens of failed login attempts per day.

Whoever is doing this is getting under my skin, and I'm ready to go scorched earth and learn a whole new skillset just to send this guy a message.

I know they're using a vpn of some kind, and I know the email this person uses is an interia.pl email.

I don't know much more than that. Could someone direct me in where to learn the necessary information to deal with this... hypothetically.
