Someone is claiming they can get full access to my device without me clicking any link or downloading anything just by:

• Knowing my home address
• Calling me on Messenger or WhatsApp
• Sending me regular texts or videos on Facebook/Instagram (I only watched Reels they sent, nothing else)

Is this technically possible without me interacting with anything suspicious? Or is it just scare tactics?

I’d appreciate input from people with actual security knowledge.
